The recording and documentations includes patient histories, exams, radiographic findings, assessments, and treatment plans. Medical Scribes master the talent of providing accurate documentation within a short span of time after the patient visits. Guaranteed professional school interviews with Scribe-X University partners.Our Offline Medical Scribes support medical care providers and their patients by using a nascent automation platform to complete medical documentation summaries of patient visits and treatments.GRE/MCAT test prep material and test reimbursement.Opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation from providers.Up to $150/month reimbursement for a healthcare plan.Additional $1.00 per hour for bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.Competitive compensation ranges from $11.00 – $17.00 per hour based on location, experience, and time commitment.Highly knowledgeable with medical terminology, and human anatomy. Pre-health career track strongly preferred.Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a related field required.Fluent in the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills.Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace to maintain the privacy of sensitive patient information.Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm PST).Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary.Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of the shift.Document and print instructions for the patient.Enter medication orders, as dictated by the provider.Enter laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider.Remind provider of relevant quality metrics when appropriate, documenting to support quality metrics.
